BlackVelvet is a complete mixture of talent and creativity, a quality Duo in the names of Christy McKinnon and Roger Keith Wheeler.
Two seasoned artists aspiring powerful vocals and precision musicianship,BlackVelvet has excited audiences both nationally and internationally.performing Classic Rock, Pop, Blues, Country and Jazz.
While Christy rocks the ivories, Roger stretches the limits of fine guitar picking and together their vocals blend in tight harmony.
With the extensive repertoire that surrounds the duo, Roger and Christy can be seen in many different music scenarios including Night Clubs, Casinos, Concerts, Festivals, special events ( Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries etc) and welcome the opportunity to learn requested material for these events.The Story of "Blackvelvet Duo"
